First ISO 9001:2015 Certified Coop in Cavite.
Registered on October 11, 2012, Schneider Electric Credit Cooperative was formed starting with 41 members with P136,200 capitalization and only after a year, has expanded into 1,061 members and P18,719 million in capitalization. After 2 years of operation, SECC amended into a muliti-purpose cooperative with P100M capitalization. with these achievements in just span of 8 years, the Cooperative changed its name into Cavite Zone Workers MPC (2019) to expand its membership not only for Schneider Electric employees but to all PEZA workers in Cavite. In addition, CZWMPC became an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Cooperative in Cavite.
The cooperative offers Finacial Assistance programs (Lending services), Family and Wellness programs (Grocery and other variety stores), Sympathy support (medical expenses and bereavement assistance) and Education and other businesses like seasonal exhibit, sale, Christmas goods and flowers on Valentine's day. For future services, the cooperative has plans for commercial building, franchising, health benifits, Transport services Grocery expansion outside PEZA, and members expansion of the Cooperative to all Zone workers in Cavite.
Not only the cooperative performs well their operation, it also participates in varous community development programs as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility such as Tree Planting, Installation of Solar Panels, community services to various provinces, donation of Mobiya lamps of fisherman and fisher folks in Rosario Cavite, donation of school supplies, gift giving to less fortunate at Noveleta, Cavite, Feeding programs, participation to women's month celebration, youth camp sponsorship, donation to children of Itogon, Benguet and continuous support Cavite State University - Rosario Campus Scholars. As per Mr. Eladio Magallanes, Coop Manager, CZWMPC has upsurge their membership beause of their Pre-membership seminar (PMES), and sees the Cooperative as a bank and a new investment hub and not just a lending organization. Because of these efforts, numerous awards were given to the cooperative such as Outstanding Cooperative in Rosario (2016 & 2018) and top 3 most diversified Cooperative in Cavite (2019).
CZWMPC is now in its plateau and better thing are coming to them. This is the time to extend their services and the benifits of the Cooperative to other nearby companies inside the Philippine Econnmic Zone Authority (PEZA).
